DELIVERY PROCESS

What to Expect:

    Courier will call before delivery
    Ensure contact number is correct

  2. Delivery Attempt

    2-3 delivery attempts made
    If unavailable, product held at courier office

  3. Self-Collection

    If delivery fails, collect from nearest courier office
    Valid ID required

  4. Delivery Confirmation

    Sign delivery receipt
    Inspect package for visible damage

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Important Guidelines:

Complete Address Required:

  • House/Flat number
  • Street name and area
  • City and postal code
  • Landmark (if applicable)

Correct Contact Number:

  • Active mobile number
  • Available during business hours

Office Delivery:

  • Company name
  • Floor/Department details
  • Recipient name

Note: Incomplete addresses may delay delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

FAILED DELIVERY

If Delivery Fails:

Reason 1: Customer Unavailable

  • Courier will attempt 2-3 times
  • Contact customer for rescheduling
  • After 3 failed attempts, return to courier office

Reason 2: Incorrect Address

  • Contact customer immediately
  • Correct address required
  • Re-delivery charges may apply

Reason 3: Refused Delivery

  • Order returned to Zeliant
  • Return shipping charges deducted from refund

Self-Collection from Courier Office:

  • Valid CNIC/ID required
  • Bring order confirmation email/SMS
  • Collect within 7 days (after that, returned to sender)

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Before Shipment:

Address Change - Contact us immediately (free)
Add Products - May is not possible if already processing
Cancel Order - Full refund (see Return Policy)

Add/Remove Products – May not be possible if already processing

After Shipment:

Cannot modify - Order already with courier
Address changes - Not possible
Can refuse delivery - Return shipping charges apply

Possible Delays Due To:

  • Floods, storms, extreme heat

External Factors:

  • Remote area accessibility

Customs/Security:

  • Security checks in certain areas
  • Additional verification required

We'll notify you immediately if delays occur

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

Package Damaged During Shipping:

  1. DO NOT accept delivery if package is visibly damaged
  2. Take photos of damaged package
  3. Note damage on courier receipt (if accepting)
  4. Contact us within 24 hours: hello@zeliant.com.pk
  5. We'll arrange free replacement or full refund

Lost Shipment:

  1. Contact us if order not received within expected timeframe
  2. We'll track with courier service
  3. Investigation takes 3-5 business days
  4. Full refund or replacement if confirmed lost

We take full responsibility for shipping damages and losses

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders Returned to Sender:

Common Reasons:

  • Customer refused delivery
  • Incorrect address (after multiple attempts)
  • Customer unavailable (after 3 attempts)
  • Package unclaimed from courier office

What Happens Next:

  • Returned to Zeliant warehouse
  • Return shipping charges deducted
  • Refund processed (minus return costs)
  • Or we can re-ship (customer pays shipping again)

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Peak Seasons:

  • Ramadan, Eid, Sales Events
  • Delivery may take 1-2 extra days
  • Advance notice provided

Public Holidays:

  • No deliveries on Sundays and national holidays
  • Orders placed during holidays processed next business day

Remote Areas:

  • May require additional 2-3 days
  • Self-collection from nearest courier office may be needed
